SpanStream AI Visibility Addendum

Version 1.0, effective November 1, 2026. This addendum is part of the SpanStream Services Terms v1.1 for every AI Visibility Audit and AI Visibility Care Plan order. Words defined in the Services Terms mean the same here. If this addendum and the Services Terms differ, this addendum controls for those orders.

15B. Deliverable Care Plans (AI Visibility Care Plan)

• What a Deliverable Care Plan is. A monthly plan built on deliverables instead of hours. The AI Visibility Care Plan is one. In the Services Terms, "retainer" includes it, except where this section says otherwise.
• What you get each month. Each month from your retainer start date: one visibility check of how the AI assistants (section 15C) answer questions about your business, with a short report; 2 answer pieces, each a page for your site or a short video, on topics we agree with you; and outreach drafts to sites those assistants cite, which you review, approve and send yourself. We do not send outreach in your name.
• First month and billing. You pay your first month at checkout as a one-time payment. Your plan starts on the kickoff date, and from that date we bill the monthly price shown on the plan's page and at checkout, in advance, each month until you cancel. Section 15A applies to renewal disclosures, the retainer start date, cancelling, failed payments, price changes and the yearly reminder, with "the month's deliverables" in place of "the month's hours".
• No hours, rollover or carryover. The hours, rollover, expiry and statement bullets of section 15A and the time-record statements of section 2 do not apply. Unused deliverables do not carry over to the next month, have no cash value and are not refunded, except under section 9. If you do not give us what we need for a month's pieces (topics, approvals or access) within that month, that month's pieces count as delivered once we have asked you for it in writing, and the plan continues.
• Delivery and review. We aim to deliver each month's report and pieces within that month. Each piece gets one revision round within the review window in section 4. Section 5 applies to acceptance.
• Not included. Paid ads, paid placements, publishing on sites you do not control, and any promise that an AI assistant will name, rank or recommend you. AI answers change often and are outside our control (section 11).
• Your content. You approve each piece before it goes live, and you are responsible for what you publish and send. Ownership follows section 15.
• Out-of-scope work follows section 15A (a change order or prepaid hours).

15C. AI Visibility Audit

• What you get. A scored audit of your website; a check of how the AI assistants answer questions about your business; a test of how an AI agent can find and buy from you; a ranked fix plan; and a 45-minute walkthrough. The audit is a package under the Services Terms.
• The buy-path test stops before any payment. We never place a real order or enter payment details on your site.
• Assistants checked. "The AI assistants" in this addendum means ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and Copilot, or, if one closes or blocks the check, a similar assistant we tell you about.
• Delivery and revisions. The audit is delivered as a written report. It includes one revision round within the review window in section 4. Section 5 applies to acceptance.
• Audit credit. If you sign a written scope of work for an Agent-Ready Website within 30 days after we deliver your audit, we credit the full price you paid for the audit against that scope of work's fee. One credit per audit, for one scope of work, for the business that bought the audit. The credit has no cash value, cannot be refunded, transferred or combined with another credit or discount, and cannot exceed that scope of work's fee. If the audit is refunded, there is no credit.
• No guarantee of results. Section 11 applies: we do not promise that any AI assistant will name, rank or recommend you.
