1. Who we are
These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover the websites spanstream.com and spanstream.ai (the "website"), operated by Spanstream LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as SpanStream ("SpanStream", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Suite 4000, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.
2. Acceptance
By using the website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use it for an organisation, "you" includes that organisation.
3. Information only
The website gives general information about SpanStream. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. We sell nothing on it.
Client services are provided only under a separate written agreement with each client. These Terms do not cover them.
Aims are not promises. Where we describe what we aim to achieve, those are goals, not promises or guarantees of any result.
4. Ideas you send us
Please do not send confidential material. Sending us an idea creates no contract, duty of confidence or obligation to pay, reply or build anything, and we may already be working on, or later build, something similar. You keep your rights in what you send.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website unlawfully, disrupt it, probe or test its security without our written permission, send malware or spam, misuse the contact form, or pretend to be SpanStream. Automated tools may access public pages at a reasonable rate, following our robots.txt. We may block traffic that breaks these rules.
6. Our businesses and other websites
Our businesses, such as CitedTravel, have their own terms on their own websites, and those terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for websites we do not operate. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
The website's content, design and artwork, and the SpanStream name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. Any other use needs our written permission, except where the law allows it.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE AVAILABLE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
If you are a consumer, this section does not affect rights that the consumer law where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded.
9. IMPORTANT: LIMITED LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPANSTREAM, SPANSTREAM LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE WEBSITE, HOWEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO US$100.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that the consumer law where you live does not allow us to exclude or limit.
10. Sanctions
We are a US company and follow US sanctions and export laws. You must follow the sanctions and export laws that apply to you.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new "Last updated" date. It applies from that date, not to anything that happened before.
12. Governing law and courts
Wyoming law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the state courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the US District Court for the District of Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections, including the right to bring claims in your home courts, that the law where you live gives you.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may transfer these Terms in a merger or sale of our business. These Terms, with the Privacy Notice, are the whole agreement about the website.
