Version 1.0, effective November 1, 2026. This addendum is part of the SpanStream Services Terms v1.1 for every order of these offers placed online at a set size: Agent-Ready Website, AI Assistant Team Setup, Agent Opportunity Sprint, Pilot Agent Build, AI-Ready Foundation, Zero Trust Security for AI Agents, and Adoption and Change Support. Words defined in the Services Terms mean the same here. If this addendum and the Services Terms differ, this addendum controls for those orders.
General Rules for Every Offer
- What you buy. One offer at one size, as shown on the offer page and its choose page when you paid, at the size and price shown there and at checkout. Each size is a package under the Services Terms. The page as sold (section 1) and this addendum together set what is included.
- Scope confirmation within 5 business days. Within 5 business days after you submit the intake form, we send you a written scope confirmation for your size: the deliverables, the systems, sites or people covered, the dates, and each deliverable's share of the price. It fills in details inside your size and never adds cost. If we cannot agree a scope confirmation that fits your size within 10 business days after we send it, either of us may cancel and we refund 100% of what you paid (section 6). Writing the scope confirmation is at our cost and does not count as kickoff.
- Scope instead of hour caps. These offers are fixed by deliverable, not by a published hour cap. Where section 2 refers to an hour cap, it means the deliverables in your scope confirmation. The rest of section 2 still applies: we never charge for work past your scope without your written yes and payment first, and if our own estimate runs over, we finish the listed deliverables at our cost or refund their share under section 9.
- Deposit and balance. A size priced at US $5,000 or less is paid in full at checkout. For a size priced over US $5,000, you pay a 50% deposit at checkout, as checkout shows. If you paid a deposit, we invoice the balance at kickoff. The balance is due within 15 days after the invoice and in every case before handover. You may pay the balance early.
- Payment method. Any single payment over US $5,000, at checkout or by invoice, is by US bank account only.
- If the balance is not paid. If the balance is not paid when due, we send a dated notice. If it is still unpaid 5 business days after that notice, work pauses and our dates move by the length of the pause. We do not hand over, publish or switch on deliverables until the balance is paid. If it is still unpaid 30 days after the notice, we may end the order: we keep the share of the price for deliverables already delivered, and refund any part of your payment above that.
- Ownership on full payment. For these orders, the deliverables become yours (section 15) only when the full price of your size is paid. Until then you may review them but not use them in your business.
- Kickoff. Section 3 applies. Kickoff happens only after the scope confirmation is agreed. Live sessions, calls and workshops are held in time windows we agree with you at kickoff.
- Timelines are targets. Every timeline in this addendum and on the offer page is a target, counted from kickoff. It moves day for day while we wait on access, answers or approvals from you. Missing a target is not by itself a breach and gives no refund or credit, but your rights under sections 7 and 9 stay.
- Delivered and handover. Each offer section below says what "delivered" means. Handover is the session or written package that completes delivery. Revisions follow section 4 and acceptance follows section 5, with the rounds stated below.
- Refunds. Before kickoff, you get 100% of your deposit or payment back on written request (section 9). After kickoff, section 9 applies, using each deliverable's share in your scope confirmation (or, if none is listed, equal shares of the size price). A refund comes first from money you paid. If part of the share is still unpaid, we reduce or cancel the balance invoice instead.
- Upgrades. You may move up to a bigger size of the same offer any time before handover. We credit everything you have paid for your current size against the bigger size's price. You pay only the difference, by the invoice we send. The bigger size's scope, dates and rounds replace yours from the upgrade date. Moving down a size is possible only before kickoff: we refund you under section 9 and you buy the smaller size.
- Tailored. The Tailored option on each choose page is a request, not a purchase. We reply with a written scope and quote. We take no payment and do no work until both of us sign a statement of work (SOW). The signed SOW, and any master services agreement under section 17, then governs that work instead of this addendum, except where the SOW adopts this addendum. If you move from a paid size to Tailored before handover, what you paid is credited against the SOW fee.
- Third-party costs. Software, plans, seats, licences, hosting, domains, model and API usage, and other provider fees are not in our price. Each provider bills you directly. Section 15 (third-party items) applies.
- Credits between offers. Credits under this addendum and section 15C have no cash value, cannot be transferred, refunded or combined with another credit or discount, and cannot exceed the price they are applied to. One credit per later order. A credit is void if the earlier order is refunded or disputed. We apply a credit to your balance invoice, or, if your size is paid in full at checkout, by refunding the credit amount to your original payment method within 10 business days after kickoff.
15D. Agent-Ready Website
| Size | Includes |
|---|
| Essentials | Baseline and final agent test runs; structured data, an llms.txt file and clear offers and prices for agents on your key pages; a machine-readable facts and prices file; 1 form or checkout path checked, with safe fixes; runbook and test script |
| Standard | Everything in Essentials, plus simple agent tools (request a quote, book a consult) across your main journeys, and up to 3 forms or checkout paths |
| Advanced | Everything in Standard, plus a read-only agent connection to your catalog in your own hosting account, a mid-point test run, and up to 5 forms or checkout paths |
- Timeline target. Essentials 2 weeks, Standard 3 weeks, Advanced 4 weeks. Your fact approval date is set in the scope confirmation, because it sets the pace.
- Revisions and acceptance. Every size has 2 revision rounds: one on the fact list and one on the delivered files. Delivered means the changes are live on your domain with your approval, or handed to your developer to publish, plus the final test run report and a handover session.
- What you provide. One person who approves every fact, price and wording before it goes live; access to your site or a staging copy, or your web team's time; for Advanced, a hosting account in your company's name; written permission to test the sites and domains you own or control, a test window, and a test mode or test account for any buying or booking step.
- Your content. You supply and approve every fact, price, offer and claim we publish, and you are responsible for its accuracy and your right to publish it.
- Hosting, domains and fees. Hosting, domain, platform, plugin and software fees are yours and billed to you by each provider. We never register a domain or open a hosting account in our name for you. If your platform cannot host a listed item, we agree the closest alternative with you in writing, or refund that item's share under section 9.
- Not included. Redesign, new pages beyond the agent files, content writing, moving platforms, ads, removing captchas or bot protection, any agent tool that pays, places orders or commits you to anything, legal review of your claims, and upkeep after handover. Monthly upkeep is a separate plan sold only under a signed SOW.
- Audit credit. For section 15C, buying an Agent-Ready Website size online within 30 days after we deliver your AI Visibility Audit counts the same as signing a scope of work. The credit is applied under the credits rule above.
- No promise of results. Section 11 applies: we work to remove what blocks an agent on your side, but we do not promise that any agent or assistant will find, recommend or buy from you.
15E. AI Assistant Team Setup
| Size | Assistants (shared) | Routines | Live sessions | Members set up | Tuning rounds | Timeline target |
|---|
| Starter | Up to 3 (none shared) | Up to 4 | Up to 8 hours | 1 (you) | 1 | 2 weeks |
| Core | Up to 5 (1 shared) | Up to 6 | Up to 12 hours | Up to 3 | 2 | 3 weeks |
| Plus | Up to 7 (up to 3 shared) | Up to 10 | Up to 14 hours | Up to 8 | 3 | 4 weeks |
Every size includes written instructions per assistant, approval gates, one live dashboard page (Plus adds one team view), a handover session and a runbook.
- People limits. You may name up to the number of members in your size. A member is one person we invite to your account, with one walkthrough; it does not include setting up their own assistants or connected apps. More members, more shared assistants or more live session hours are a priced change order you approve and pay first, or an upgrade.
- Revisions and acceptance. A tuning round is one consolidated written list of changes to delivered assistants and routines, sent within the section 4 review window. Delivered means the assistants and routines are set up in your account and tested at their approval gates, and the handover session is held or offered.
- Recordings. We record a live session only if you ask and everyone present is told at the start. Recordings go to you, and we delete our copy under section 13.
- What you provide. A paid plan with the AI assistant platform, in your company's name, with the seats your size needs (a team plan for shared assistants, members or a team view); one decision-maker; the sign-ins, admin settings and approvals only an account owner can do.
- Not included. Your plan, seats and usage; phone calls by assistants; unattended email sending; custom software or new connectors; data migration; legal, tax or HR advice; running the assistants after handover.
- Staged autonomy. Section 13 (AI assistants) applies: every assistant starts at "report only" or "draft for your review", and only you move it up, in writing.
15F. Agent Opportunity Sprint
| Size | Scope | Deliverables | Timeline target |
|---|
| Focus | One team | 2 to 3 tasks agents can take over, ranked across the team, and a plan for the top one | 1 week |
| Standard | Your whole business | 3 to 5 ranked tasks, a goal for the top one, a security and data plan, a monthly cost estimate, a vision doc and a Pilot outline for the top one | 1 to 2 weeks |
| Extended | Up to 3 teams | 5 to 8 ranked tasks, vision docs and Pilot outlines for the top two | 3 weeks |
- Revisions and acceptance. One revision round. Delivered means the written findings are sent and the readout session is held or offered.
- What you provide. Time with the people who do the work, and the process and system information we ask for.
- Not included. Any build or deployment. A Sprint is a plan.
- Findings are advice. Rankings, value ranges, savings and cost figures are estimates to help you decide. They are not a promise of revenue, savings or any result (section 11). You decide what to act on.
- Credits in. A paid Readiness Check, Readiness Assessment or Mini Sprint is credited toward one Sprint bought within 30 days after its delivery: up to US $737 toward Standard, or US $287 toward Focus or Extended.
- Credit out. Half the Sprint price you paid, up to US $2,993.50, is credited once toward one Pilot Agent Build bought or signed within 30 days after your Sprint handover, on the Pilot's balance invoice.
15G. Pilot Agent Build
| Size | Workflow | Connected systems | Stages reached | Timeline target |
|---|
| Starter | One workflow | 1 to 2 | Reports, then drafts: the agent prepares the work and your team approves every item | 4 to 6 weeks |
| Connected | One workflow | Up to 4 | Reports, drafts, then limited actions | 5 to 7 weeks |
| Multi-Agent | One multi-step workflow with 2 to 3 cooperating agents | Up to 5 | Reports, drafts, then limited actions | 6 to 8 weeks |
Every size is built in your own accounts, with approval gates tested, one acceptance test run and one tuning round on real drafts.
- Measured goal and acceptance. The scope confirmation states the goal: what is measured, on which test cases, how, and the pass mark. We run the acceptance test with you on those cases. The workflow is delivered when it passes the test, or, after the one tuning round, when the test result and handover runbook are sent and the handover session is held or offered. If the test misses the goal because of our work, section 9 (fix first, then refund of the share) applies. If it misses because of something outside the scope, such as your data, a provider's limits or changes on your side, we tell you the cause in writing, the workflow counts as delivered if it does what the scope lists, and we offer a change order. The goal measures the pilot; it is not a promise of results in daily use.
- Intake before checkout. Before you pay, you answer a short Pilot intake form: the process, the systems by name, the goal and a target start. Do not put logins, passwords or personal data about customers or staff in it.
- Stages and balance. Each stage starts only with your written yes (section 13). For Connected and Multi-Agent, the balance must also be paid before the limited-actions stage goes live.
- Review AI output. AI output can be wrong. You review drafts and actions at the stage you approved. Section 12.3 applies.
- Running it is your decision. After handover you run the workflow in daily use at your own risk and under your own control, including pausing it, changing its stage and watching its output.
- API and model costs. Model, API, hosting and tool usage during the build and after it run on your accounts and are billed to you by each provider. Any cost estimate we give is an estimate.
- What you provide. Admin access to the systems in scope (through accounts you control), test data or a safe test copy, and one person who approves each stage.
- Not included. More workflows, systems beyond your size, production rollout across teams, and ongoing operation after handover.
15H. AI-Ready Foundation
| Size | Includes |
|---|
| Roadmap | A read-only review of identity, devices, cloud and network for up to 50 staff, ranked findings and a roadmap |
| Rollout | A short review, then the top controls put in place across identity, devices, cloud and network (single sign-on, multi-factor sign-in, device and access basics) for up to 50 staff, listed in the scope confirmation |
| Full Foundation | The full Roadmap, then the Rollout, plus a check 30 days after go-live, for up to 50 staff |
- Timeline target. Roadmap 2 to 3 weeks, Rollout 3 to 5 weeks, Full Foundation 6 to 8 weeks.
- Revisions and acceptance. One revision round on written findings and roadmaps. Delivered means the findings and roadmap are sent and the readout is held or offered, and for Rollout and Full Foundation, the listed controls are in place with your approval and the runbook is sent.
- Security limits. Section 11A applies in full. We do not promise that no breach, lockout, data leak or incident will happen. Our checks are non-destructive: no penetration testing and no exploit attempts. The work is not an audit, certification or attestation and does not by itself make you compliant with any law or standard.
- You keep admin control. You keep every admin account and the final say. We work through access you grant and can remove at any time. Your admin makes the changes we cannot or should not make.
- Production changes only with your written OK. We change a live (production) system only after your written OK for that change or change window, with a rollback plan and your confirmation that backups exist. You are responsible for backups and for telling your staff.
- Not included. Licences and plan upgrades (some controls need higher vendor plans), hardware, legacy apps that cannot sit behind identity-based access, compliance programs and legal advice.
15I. Zero Trust Security for AI Agents
- What each size includes. Every size covers up to 5 agents and up to 10 connectors or MCP servers.
| Size | Includes |
|---|
| Assess | A review of your agents, their tokens and connections, guardrail tests on your own workflows, and a ranked fix plan |
| Implement | A short review, then least-access controls, approvals and activity logs put in place for your agents, listed in the scope confirmation |
| Complete | The full Assess, then Implement, plus one retest after the fixes, within up to 66 hours of our work |
- Timeline target. Assess 2 to 3 weeks, Implement 3 to 5 weeks, Complete 6 to 8 weeks.
- Revisions and acceptance. One revision round on written findings. Delivered means the findings and fix plan are sent and the readout is held or offered, and for Implement and Complete, the listed controls are in place with your approval, plus the retest report for Complete.
- Security limits. Section 11A applies in full. We do not promise that no prompt injection, misuse, data leak or breach will happen. Guardrail tests use sandboxed or dry-run tool modes, are checked only against the workflows listed in your scope confirmation, and are not a penetration test, audit or attestation.
- You keep admin control, and production changes need your written OK, exactly as in section 15H.
- Vendor limits. Some controls exist only on higher vendor plans. Choosing and paying for those plans is your decision.
- Hours cap for Complete. Complete includes up to 66 hours of our work. Work past that cap or beyond the limits above is done only under a paid change order, priced in writing and approved by you before it starts, as in section 2 of the Services Terms.
- Not included. Agents or systems beyond your size, a second round of fixes or retests, an extended follow-up review (available as a change order or a Care Plan), vendor plan costs, incident response, compliance programs and legal advice.
15J. Adoption and Change Support
| Size | Includes | People |
|---|
| Half Day | One live virtual workshop tailored to your tools, with notes or a recording | Up to 15 |
| Full Day | One full-day workshop where we build one real workflow together | Up to 20 |
| 3-Month Team Program | The Full Day workshop plus 3 months of coaching: 2 live sessions a month, and questions between sessions up to 3 hours of our time a month, answered within 2 business days | Up to 20 at the workshop; coaching for up to 5 people, such as team leads |
- Workshop rules. The date is set at kickoff within our agreed time windows. You may move a workshop once with at least 5 business days' notice. If you cancel or move it with less notice, or nobody attends, we offer one new date; after that the workshop counts as delivered. You may swap attendees freely up to the people limit; more people need an upgrade or a change order.
- On-site and travel. Workshops are virtual unless you choose on-site. On-site travel is billed at cost by invoice, only after your written OK of an estimate.
- Recordings. We record only if you ask. You tell attendees in advance, and we announce it at the start. Recordings go to you, and we delete our copy under section 13.
- The 3-month coaching window. 3-Month Team Program coaching runs for 3 months from the workshop date. Unused sessions and question time do not carry over, have no cash value and are not refunded, except under section 9. The 3-Month Team Program is paid once and does not renew.
- Revisions and acceptance. One revision round on workshop materials before the workshop. Delivered means the workshop is held (or counts as delivered under the workshop rules) and its notes or recording are sent; for the 3-Month Team Program, coaching is delivered session by session.
- Not included. Travel, venue and catering, software seats for attendees, HR or legal advice, and any promise of adoption or results (section 11).
